The Ownership Works program is funded by the Wachovia Regional Foundation to implement the revitalization plan for the 5th Council District, in Wilmington, Delaware. This area includes Hilltop, Cool Springs/ Tilton Park, Little Italy and other neighborhood. Our goal is to stabilize our neighborhoods through diverse initiatives and services.

• Support and Bilingual services for the Latino community
• English as a Second Language classes
• Down payment and settlement assistance
• Housing counseling certificate of completion
• Assist local business to help develop the community
